Make sure to click "SHOW MORE" to see the Support Materials for this class! This is an aerobic sequence, brief episodes of physical exertion will get you sweating. If you are on your Moon/Menstrual cycle no held breath, substitute with long and deep breathing. It begins with an opening life-nerve stretch as we warm up our lower extremities and then moves into the “Har Kriya.” The name comes from all the chanting of the word “Har” which represents divine expression and also life force. Create the sound and use your voice to express yourself. The anaerobic section lasts about 30 minutes. Then we move into the Basic Breath Series kriya which consists of Alternate Nostril Breath, Breath of Fire and the use of Breath Suspension: 25 second holds to create new neural pathways in the brain.
