This coconut and strawberry tiramisu is creamy, delicious and different from the usual: a real surprise to bring to the table at any time of the year! 🍓🥥 In this video I show you step by step how to prepare a soft eggless cream, a fragrant strawberry coulis and a coconut syrup that makes the ladyfingers even more irresistible. All enriched with white chocolate, grated coconut and crunchy pralines for a result that has already won everyone over! 😍 👩‍🍳 Ingredients for a 22x15 cm baking dish (7.5 cm high): For the cream 300 g of mascarpone 300 g of fresh liquid cream 125 g of icing sugar 120 g of coconut cream For the coulis 500 g of strawberries 100 g of granulated sugar juice of 1 lemon For the syrup 100 g of coconut cream (in a can) 250 g of strawberry coulis (filtered liquid part) For the composition 22 ladyfingers 6 large strawberries 6 small strawberries 20 g of white chocolate flakes 10 g of grated coconut 6 coconut pralines (Raffaello type) 📌 How to prepare (Main steps): Coconut cream: whip cream, mascarpone, icing sugar and coconut cream well chilled for at least 10 minutes, until the whisk "writes". Put in a piping bag and store in the fridge. Strawberry coulis: cook strawberries in pieces with sugar and lemon. Filter and separate the pulp from the juice. Moisten: combine the liquid part of the coulis with the coconut cream. Composition: cover the edges of the baking dish with strawberry slices, then alternate layers of soaked ladyfingers, cream, strawberry pulp and chocolate flakes. Decoration: complete with cream, grated coconut, strawberries and coconut pralines.
