Bacon Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs Ingredients: 6 boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayo 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon 2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard salt/pepper parsley flakes for garnish Macros: Per deviled egg Fat: 8 grams Calories: 82 Protein: 4 grams Net Carbs: 0 Pumpkin Spice Egg Loaf Ingredients: 2 oz cream cheese (softened) 2 eggs 2 tablespoons butter (softened) 2 tablespoons 100% pumpkin 1.5 tablespoons granular 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Blend all ingredients and pour in a baking pan. Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with sugar free whipped cream/more spices Macros: Fat: 23 grams Calories: 277 Protein: 8 grams Net Carbs: 3 Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes Ingredients: 1/4 cup 100% pumpkin 4 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup granular 2/3 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon each of cloves, ginger, nutmeg, & cinnamon Mix all ingredients. If making cupcakes, bake 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Pumpkin Cream Cheese Frosting: Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese (softened) 1/4 cup butter (softened) 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon 100% pumpkin 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Mix all ingredients with a beater. Put in a ziplock to make a piping bag. Pipe over cupcakes. Macros (per frosted cupcake) Fat: 12 grams Calories: 147 Protein: 5 Net Carbs: 2.58 Thanks for watching!
