Guided by Durga Maayan (Modern Yogini), Yoga Acharya at Praanaa Kendraa Ashram, Tiruvannamalai. This class is dedicated to deep relaxation through gentle yoga. We practice slow, mindful asanas designed to release tension from the body and calm the nervous system. The sequence includes soft movements and simple postures that help the body unwind while guiding the mind toward a more relaxed and balanced state. In this practice we focus on: • Releasing physical tension • Softening and opening the body • Slowing down the breath • Calming the nervous system • Creating space for deep relaxation This session is suitable for all levels and can be especially helpful at the end of the day, after a stressful period, or whenever the body and mind need rest.
