This sequence gradually builds from gentle spinal mobilisations into deeper backbody activation — always with options for softer or stronger variations depending on what your body needs. We begin with slow Cat–Cow (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana) variations to warm the spine, then explore flowing spinal waves and side-body opening. From there, we move into different depths of Puppy Pose (Uttana Shishosana) and progress toward a kneeling Half Bow variation from hands-and-knees for controlled, functional backbody strength. There is no music, only the natural sound of birds in the background to keep the practice calm and grounding.
