📖 Luke 10:29–37, Acts 3:1–10, Luke 19:10 In Christianity, missions simply mean evangelism — the assignment Jesus has given every believer. Jesus clearly stated His own mission: “The Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” Every soul — rich or poor, famous or unknown — has the same eternal value. The Great Commission is not for pastors or evangelists alone. It is my mission. It is your mission. Who Is My Neighbor? (Luke 10) Jesus answers the expert of the law: Your neighbor is the one you choose to care for.A true neighbor cares for your soul and your well-being. In this mission field, we encounter: 1. Those Beaten by Robbers People wounded by life — addictions, depression, family issues, and spiritual attacks. The devil, the chief thief, constantly steals, destroys, and pressures people. 2. The Priest and the Levite These represent believers whose Christianity ends on Sunday. They see needs but walk past them. Their lifestyle does not reflect Christ throughout the week. 3. The Good Samaritan The one who acts.He had many excuses: “The priest didn’t help.” “The Levite didn’t help.” “I’m on a journey.” “I’m a Samaritan — a foreigner.”But he laid aside excuses because a soul is a soul, and he understood the value of a human life. What Must We Do? (Acts 3:1–10) When Peter met the crippled man, he said:“Silver and gold have I none, but in the name of Jesus Christ, rise and walk.” Money did not save him — Jesus did. Our world is full of wounded souls.Your mission field is everywhere you go — school, work, home, community, and church. Let’s go out there. Let’s care. Let’s act. Lost souls are all around us.
