With just basic ingredients and a few simple folds, you’ll have fresh bread straight from your oven. Perfect for beginners and experienced bakers alike! 🥖 Recipe Easy Fluffy Homemade Bread (No Kneading) Ingredients: Water: 600 ml Sugar: 7 g Instant yeast: 7 g All purpose flour: 500 g + 180 g Salt: 7 g Instructions: Combine all ingredients until no dry flour remains. Cover and let rest. Perform one fold, then lightly slap the dough until it comes together. Rest for about 30 minutes. Turn dough onto work surface, divide into two portions, and shape each into a ball. Give a short rest. Shape each piece as shown in the video and transfer to a baking tray. Final proof. Brush with water, dust lightly with flour, and score the tops. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
