Once I learned this simple Italian ciabatta method, everything changed 😍 This no-knead ciabatta is incredibly soft inside, with a light airy crumb and a beautiful crispy crust. It’s one of the easiest homemade breads you can make, no complicated techniques, just mix, fold, rest and bake! If you love bakery-style bread but want to make it at home, this recipe is for you 👌 🍞 Ingredients: Water or unsalted whey – 250 ml Instant yeast – 8 g Sugar – 9 g Flour (4 tablespoons from total) Water or unsalted whey – 400 ml All purpose flour – 900 g Salt – 9 g 👩🍳 Method: Mix water, sugar, yeast and 4 tablespoons of flour. Let rest briefly. Add remaining water, flour and salt. Mix until no dry flour remains. Let the dough rest. Perform two folds during resting. After the second fold, transfer to a greased bowl and let rest again. Turn onto work surface, divide, place on baking tray and let rest for final rise. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 25–30 minutes.
