Become a sponsor here: / @keto_kitchen 📌 Ingredients Pizza crust: 1 cup cottage cheese (250 g) 1 egg 2 tbsp psyllium husk (15 g) pinch of salt pinch of dried thyme pinch of garlic powder Topping: mozzarella — 1 cup (100 g), shredded chicken breast — 0.66 lb (300 g), diced 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml) ½ red onion, sliced fresh dill, finely chopped Alfredo sauce: butter — 2 tbsp (30 g) heavy cream (20%) — ½ cup (125 ml) Parmesan cheese — ¼ cup (≈25 g), grated salt — a pinch black pepper — a pinch dry rosemary — a pinch 🍕 Macronutrients per 1 slice (1 of 6) 280 kcal · 22.8 g protein · 17.7 g fat · 2.8 g net carbs 👩🍳 Method: Mix the crust ingredients, shape a round base, and pre-bake 10 minutes (190°C = 374°F). Cook chicken in olive oil until golden and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter, add cream, Parmesan, and spices, and simmer until thick. Spread sauce over the crust, add mozzarella, onion, chicken, and more mozzarella.
