Gameplay of Painbrush BRN-Z on clam blitz. It's been quite recent since I've last used this weapon, so I wanted to play this weapon again. Thanks to @halloweenpeachy for requesting this weapon. Painbrush is a short range weapon that does good damage, solid DPS, decent mobility, solid paint output, and wide-ish attack. And the kit is quite solid. Splash wall is a sub weapon that will create a small linear barrier when thrown. And trizooka is a special weapon that allow you to wield a powerful weapon that shoot three blobs that orbit around each. So now I want to talk about the strength and weakness of this weapon and it's kit. The weapon is quite good at fighting once it's able to close the gap. It has the DPS and damage to still win a fight, but also have enough range to outrange other short range weapon. And the mobility is quite solid, especially when rolling with the brush, which can help in evading shot and closing the distance. The weapon also has good enough paint output to quickly paint for it's special. Splash wall can help block shot and help the weapon slowly push when applying pressure. And with trizooka, you can displace or kill opponents from a long distance. The blobs will instantly kill opponents who get directly hit by it and the explosions deal good poke damage. And although enemies can take cover to avoid the blobs, you can angle your shot to go over terrain. But the weapon has a huge first wind up attack, which really make everything the weapon does a bit slower. This make your mobility slight worse, painting a bit slower, and even makes you quite vulnerable when trying to attack first. This make you have to approach much more closer than you normally would despite the range you have, which can make approaching a bit difficult, especially against mid to long range weapon The weapon is also quite ink hungry as well. And although splash wall isn't too bad on this weapon, the sub is a bit expensive for this weapon and it doesn't really utilizes as well compare to weapons like .52 Gal or .96 Gal. And with trizooka, your still a but vulnerable when shooting and you only have three tries to fire, which mean you have to make those shot matter. Also the hitbox can be quite inconsistent. So when playing Painbrush BRN-Z, you want to focus on getting your special quickly. Paint around as you push up and even the opportunity shows, use your special to try to displace or kill opponents from a distance. Once you have some control, then you can try to apply some aggro pressure. Utilizes cover and try to flank or shark your opponent to close the gap and apply pressure. You can roll around with the weapon to evades shot and even apply pressure to those over ledges if positioned well. And although you won't use it that much, you can throw down a splash wall to either help you slowly push up or to keep control of your lane. Just remember to not overextend too much and maintain your ink output. Thanks for reading this and hope you guys enjoy the video.
