Eggless Linzer Torte recipe Easy homemade almond tart dough Baking tips for perfect texture and taste 🇩🇪 Linzer Torte is one of Europe’s oldest cakes, known for its buttery crust and sweet jam filling. Try this delicious vegetarian version today! 📌 Ingredients: Unsalted Butter 38 gm Breakfast sugar 25 gm Fresh cream 15 gm Milk 10 gm Vanilla essence 1 tsp All purpose Flour 32 gm Almond flour/Hazel nut flour 25 gm Bread Crumbs/Cake crumbs 25 gm Cinnamon powder 2 gm Roasted cloves 1 gm Baking powder 1 gm Raspberry Jam 25 gm Method: • Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. • Mix milk, Vanilla Essence and fresh cream. Add little at a time, into the above butter mixture until fully incorporated. • Mix the flour, almond powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, cloves and bread Crumbs. Add these dry ingredients into the above wet ingredients. • Pour the entire batter in a Piping bag. . Pour 3/4th of the batter into a 4” round ring mould. Spread the Jam evenly over the batter.
