I added tangzhong to the recipe to see what sort of soft bread I would get. Other than the tangzhong, the recipe remain the same except a few changes to the weight of the flour and water. Tangzhong uses 1:5 ratio. So it's 1 part of bread and 5 parts water. I have minus the portion from the recipe. The dough didn't turn out as what I was expecting.So again a few changes to mold the dough. Watch the video and you will know what I mean.
