Just a few more days and I will be back in town to film more workouts! This was the last workout I filmed before I left for Alaska. :) Today's workout is a 30 min standing knee friendly hiit workout that has no squats, no lunges, and no jumping. Since there is no jumping in this low impact cardio workout, this is also an apartment-friendly hiit workout. This all standing cardio workout is perfect for getting your heart pumping without the jumping and pressure on your knees! It is the perfect at home hiit workout that will challenge your endurance, help you build strength, and improve your coordination + mind muscle connection. This is a very sweaty workout, so I hope you love it! Don't forget to comment what you thought of it. NOTE: Go as fast as you are able to. I go at a moderate speed during this all standing workout but you can go faster or slower than me if you need! Also, if you need any modification, please let me know in the comments. The idea with low impact hiit workouts is to do as many reps as you can during the allotted time which in this case is 50 seconds.
