Today I am taking you through a 20 minute knee-friendly lower body workout with dumbbells! It is a no squats no lunges workout making it safe for your knees. It is also an apartment friendly leg workout since there are no jumping exercises. This low impact leg workout will strengthen your entire lower body without putting too much strain on your knees. I promise you'll feel the burn in this sweaty low impact workout! To try something new, I did a voiceover for the warm-up and first round of exercises to provide form cues that will help you in the last 2 rounds.
