The knee friendly leg workout consists of all floor exercises so if it hurts your knees to kneel, add some extra cushion by folding up a mat to put directly under your knees. It is also an apartment friendly leg workout since there are no jumping exercises. This low impact leg workout will include exercises to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and quads without placing too much strain on your knees. FIRST ROUND: bodyweight/no equipment needed 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off SECOND ROUND: need a resistance band (I use a light band from my company, Body Rebel) link: https://bodyrebel.com/shop/light-resi... 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off the same exercises as round 1 if you don't have a band, you can do your bodyweight again. i recommend doing the exercises for a 3rd time if you don't have a band too.
