Today's Lower Body focused workout will work your legs, glutes, and core/ abs. The workout is designed to help you tone, strengthen and build muscle in your lower body. All you need is a set of moderate to heavy dumbbells. (A set of weights that will challenge you and help you see change). I used 10kg (22 pounds) but feel free to use whatever weight you feel most comfortable with. I have included modifications if some moves feel uncomfortable for you.
