长江三峡库区，一直是我特别感兴趣和关注的区域。直到今年，我终于有了机会到达这里。5月我从宜昌出发，沿着长江逆流而上，终点抵达涪陵。沿途，我通过镜头记录了一些城市。希望通过我的视角，去看看当地人现在的生活。 宜昌，是我此行的第一站。如果不是因为要拍摄山峡库区系列，我可能这辈子都不会到宜昌，但它却给了我非常多的惊喜。宜昌给人的第一感受就是非常舒服，生活感很强。宜昌的老城区，还保留了一些具有年代感的街道和建筑。这里没有一般老城区的杂乱，非常干净、整洁。 宜昌人给人的第一印象，就是热情、亲切、有人情味，这一点和川渝人很相似。甚至，在宜昌讲四川话都基本上没交流障碍。宜昌人的素质也很高，没有红绿灯的地方，车让人也做得非常好。而宜昌的美食，在口味上也和川渝地区很相似，早上吃上一口辣辣的红油包子，让人倍感满足。 作为以三峡大坝、葛洲坝等国家级工程闻名的城市，宜昌的森林覆盖率达55.3%，空气质量稳居全国前列。宜昌的城建非常棒，一些细节，在我看来完全不输一些发达的一二线城市。随处可见的公园，而每一个公园都极具特色。尤其是沿着长江而建的滨江公园，长达11.3公里。在宜昌的几天，总是会不由自主走到滨江公园去散步。在长江边上坐一坐，好像烦恼都能被风吹走了。或许是因为公园太多太舒适，宜昌是我去过的城市里，运动人数最多的，男女老少都能找到自己喜欢的运动项目。 宜昌的好，说不完。这是宜昌第一期，第二期我们将探索宜昌的三峡大坝和葛洲坝，感受国家级工程的震撼与魅力。 The Three Gorges Reservoir Area of the Yangtze River has always been a region I’ve been particularly interested in and drawn to. It wasn’t until this year that I finally had the chance to visit. In May, I set out from Yichang and traveled upstream along the Yangtze River, eventually arriving in Fuling. Along the way, I captured footage of several cities through my lens, hoping to showcase the lives of local people from my perspective. Yichang was the first stop of my journey. If it weren’t for filming this series on the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, I might never have visited Yichang in my lifetime—but the city surprised me in so many ways. The first impression Yichang gives is one of comfort and a strong sense of everyday life. The old town area still retains streets and buildings with a distinct historical charm. Unlike the typical clutter of many old towns, Yichang’s is exceptionally clean and tidy. The people of Yichang come across as warm, friendly, and kind—a trait they share with people from Sichuan and Chongqing. In fact, you can even get by speaking the Sichuan dialect here with almost no communication barriers. The residents also display a strong sense of civic awareness; at intersections without traffic lights, drivers consistently yield to pedestrians. As for the local cuisine, the flavors closely resemble those of Sichuan and Chongqing. Starting the day with a spicy red oil bun brings a deep sense of satisfaction. Known for national-level projects like the Three Gorges Dam and the Gezhouba Dam, Yichang also boasts a forest coverage rate of 55.3%, with air quality consistently ranking among the best in the country. The city’s urban development is remarkable, and in my opinion, some of its details are on par with those of developed first- and second-tier cities. Parks are everywhere, and each one has its own unique character. Particularly notable is the Binjiang Park, which stretches 11.3 kilometers along the Yangtze River. During my stay, I often found myself drawn back there for walks. Sitting by the river, it feels as if your worries can be carried away by the wind. Perhaps because of its abundance of comfortable parks, Yichang had more people engaged in sports than any other city I’ve visited—people of all ages and genders finding activities they love. The charms of Yichang are too many to list. This is the first episode of my Yichang series. In the next episode, we’ll explore the Three Gorges Dam and the Gezhouba Dam, and experience the awe and allure of these national-level projects.
