Join us as we explore the Tasman Peninsula in Tasmania, staying at the peaceful Rosedale Homestead just outside Port Arthur. Our journey begins with the warmth and country charm of Rosedale Homestead, surrounded by animals and open paddocks, before heading out to experience the raw beauty of the Tasman Coastal Trail. We drive through the quirky seaside town of Doo Town, stopping at the Blowhole lookout and Pirates Bay, then hike past some of Tasmania’s most iconic natural landmarks — the Tasman Arch, Devil’s Kitchen and Waterfall Bay. Towering sea cliffs, crashing waves and unexpected wallaby sightings make this one of the most breathtaking coastal walks in Tasmania. The journey concludes at Port Arthur Historic Site, where we reflect on the powerful and confronting history of the convicts who lived and suffered here. Through three original songs, this video captures the contrast between wild landscapes, peaceful country stays and the heavy stories etched into stone. This is slow travel, hiking and history on the edge of the world — Tasmania at its most raw and moving.
