TODAYS SESSION: I have a really quick little spicy core routine that is perfect to do before or after your run. This super quick core session focuses trunk stability, oblique strength and deep abdominal endurance to help with posture and run form. You'll notice the difference in just a few short sessions in how you feel running through your hips and torso having done consistent core workouts.
