Birth doesn't have to be the way it's depicted in movies and on TV. Many people experience great and easy births, but it's not talked about very often or publicly. I'm on a mission to achieve an orgasmic birth this time and have started researching all the ways to try to achieve this for my next birth. In this video I talk about the hormones involved in natural birth and why it's not possible to have a medicated orgasmic birth, especially when being induced, and a few of the first steps I've taken towards this goal.
