The Seven Summit's Concept | Basia Gorska | TEDxSouthportElementarySchool

Basia Gorska uses the "Seven Summits Concept" as a metaphor for her optimistic view on life. As a woman who has climbed all of the seven tallest summits on planet earth she uses her Seven Summits Concept and her experiences to help others live their fullest life and reach their goals and dreams. A healer by heart and education I earned my medical degree in Poland and then moved to the United States where I worked to achieve my MBA. I am passionate about Mountains, adventure and helping people around me. I am guided day by a quote: "Life beings at the end of your comfort zone."Neale Donald Walsch. I was the 9th Polish woman to hike the 7 Highest Summits in the world. Living in the present and feeling grateful everyday for what I have allows me to stay focused on challenging adventure projects: such as completing the Seven Summits or climbing technical mountains. In 2017 I will climb Mount Cook in New Zealand. Lastly I fee passionate about sep growth and becoming the best version of myself.
