Madrasi Qeema Biryani: Ingredients for mince: Beef (thickly minced, boiled) ½ kg Chopped onion 2 Chopped tomatoes 3-4 Green coriander ½ cup Green chili ½ cup Oil ½ cup All spices 1 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Desiccated coconut 1-1/2 tbsp Salt as required Crushed red chili 1 tbsp Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp Fried onion 2 tbsp Turmeric ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Ginger paste 1 tbsp For rice ingredients: Boiled Sella rice ½ kg Clarified butter 2 tbsp Mix all spices 1 tbsp Milk 4 tbsp Yellow food color 2 pinch Method: Heat oil and fry mustard seeds and onion. then add ginger garlic paste, tomato, salt, turmeric, coriander and red chili powder add. then add spices roast then add mince. now add ½ cup of water add then mince future tender. After this desiccated coconut, all spices powder and tamarind pulp mix .now in a woke add 2 tbsp heat ,1/2 cup of water ,half rice ,mince mixture ,fried onion and remaining rice add and leave on dum .after this add milk and yellow food color mix and pour on side then mix before dish out .
