Stir fried yellow noodle, rice noodle you know! But how about flat vermicelli ? Hehehe not only that.. i can stir fried it without any salt or sugar! Let’s see what am i used ... Ingredients: Part 1, flat vermicelli, 200g rice noodle, 200g of fresh shrimps ( shell removed), fresh cuttle fish 300g, 1 garlic,fish cake, lard residue (optional) corn flour 2 table spoon, water 500ml, 1 chicken egg, few stalk of green vege, Sauces: LEE kum kee premium brand oyster sauce LEE KUM KEE thick dark sauce LEE KUM KEE selected light soy sauce Start to cook! Heat up the wok, add in 2 scoop of lard into wok. Once is boiling, add in the vermicelli and stir fried it with high fire! Then add in the rice noodle. Stir it again. Untill u saw some burning .. add in the LEE KUM KEE thick dark sauce 1 to 2 table spoon, and continue to stir fried it. Before you turn off fire, add in 1 or 2 table sppon of LEE KUM KEE selected light soy sauce. Then u completed the part 1. Go to gravy now.. Add in 1 scoop of lard then add in the garlic dice,stir fried it untill fragrance bloom. Then follow up with fresh fish cake, cuttle fish and shrimps... Stir fried it for few min, once the shrimp turn pink red, you can add in the lard residue and the water. Once the water is boiled. Add in the green vege, corn flour add some water. Mix it and add into gravy. Turn creamy at this min... Add in LEE KUM KEE premium brand oyster sauce 6 table spoons, and add a bit of LEE KUM KEE selected light soy sauce 1 or 2 table spoons... final will be the egg. Once add in.. turn off the fire. Scoop the gravy add into the fried vermicelli and ready to serve!! Thank you for watching, remember to subscribe and share it.
