If you only had 45 minutes to workout, what would you actually do? How can you actually accomplish really anything? If you had 45 minutes, you could focus on doing 3 sets. Let me break it down for you in one exercise in 5 minutes. Let's target the back muscles, also known as the Latisimmus Dorsi, by performing an Underhand Grip Lat Pulldown. 3 Sets of Underhand Grip Lat Pulldown Set 1: Warm Up Set. Use 50% of your Targeted Weight of your working set. (30 Seconds) Rest: 30 Seconds Set 2: Working Set. Use 90% of your 1 Rep Max. Go to Muscular Failure, but at least perform 5 sets. (30 Seconds) Rest: 1.5 Minutes Set 3. Working Set. Use 90% of your 1 Rep Max. Go to Muscular Failure, but at least perform 5 sets. (30 Seconds) Rest: 1.5 Minutes Using this method, we've got this exercise in within 5 minutes. One 45 Minute Workout Session could look like this: Underhand Grip Lat Pulldown: 5 Minutes Pull-Ups: 5 Minutes Cable Rows: 5 Minutes Bent Over Barbell Row: 5 Minutes EZ-Bar Bicep Curl: 5 Minutes Reverse EZ-Bar Bicep Curl: 5 Minutes Hammer Curl: 5 Minutes Barbell Wrist Curl: 5 Minutes Extra Rest: 5 Minutes of Overflow Rest This will be a total of a 40 Minute working, with a 5 minute overflow cushion for potential extra rests in between sets.
