Ingredients for 4 serving: Salmon: 1 lb (454 g) Cream Cheese: 1 cup Spinach: 1 bunch Dill: 1 bunch Parsley: 1/2 bunch Garlic: 4 cloves Flour: 1 cup Egg: 1 Walnuts: 2 oz (57 g) Sun-dried Tomato: 1 oz (28 g) Butter: 1 oz (28 g) Recipe: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cold cubed butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. 2. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix the ingredients until they resemble coarse crumbs. 3. Add water, a little at a time, until the dough comes together. 4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the chilled tart dough into a circle large enough to fit your tart pan. 5. Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to the tart pan, pressing it gently into the bottom and sides. 6. Put heavy legumes on top of the tart and bake it for 20 minutes. 7. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. 8. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 9. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted. 10. Stir in the chopped dill, parsley, cream cheese, walnuts, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cream cheese is melted and well combined. 11. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside. 12. Cut the salmon into a thin strips. 13.Spread the prepared spinach and cream cheese mixture evenly over the tart crust. 14. Arrange the salmon strips on top of the spinach mixture, overlapping them slightly and shaping them into a rose shape. 15. Place the tart in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through. 16.Once baked, remove the tart from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. 17. Slice and serve your beautiful Salmon Strips Tart in a rose shape! 18.
