Believe me, I know exactly where most people go wrong and what the most common mistakes are. A successful transformation is simpler than you think, but you need the right information. Today’s fitness industry is overwhelmed with information, making it hard to navigate. Moreover, another issue complicates things: many fitness influencers are competing to create even more flashy and attention-grabbing exercises. These are often accompanied by physiques that make people believe they must follow these exercises to get in shape. However, these exercises are often advanced, and most people perform them incorrectly, which prevents them from achieving the desired results. In fact, sometimes even the influencers themselves don’t execute these movements properly. But they’ve already mastered the foundational basics that actually got them to where they are today — though showing those basics might not grab your attention while scrolling on social media. But here’s the truth: you really only need four exercises to get into your best shape—one pushing exercise, one pulling exercise, one core exercise, and one leg exercise. There’s a twist to this, which I’ll share at the end of the video, so make sure to stick around because it’s key. Basically, if you perform full-body workouts with these four exercises 2-3 times a week, structured correctly with proper progression and intensity, I guarantee you’ll achieve your best shape ever. This is one key: using the right exercises and a proper system. The other key is consistency. Why is it this simple? Because these are compound exercises.
