Welcome back to this weeks woodturning video folks! In this woodworking video I use a woodturning lathe to turn a block of Ash into a rolled rim fruit bowl with a pedestal foot!👇 Links to tools/materials below👇 TOOLS/EQUIPMENT If you are interested in the tools and equipment I use in this video you can find all the information you need here: 👉 https://kit.co/mikeparsonscc 👈 This piece of Ash is a bowl blank from English Woods UK and has some really chunky, jazzy grain that is nicely highlighted by the unique shape of the bowl. There was a lot of experimentation during this woodturning project to try and find the shape I wanted within the blank and allow the final piece to make the best use of the features and grain I have a few more of these blanks so there will be some more videos using them in the future If you like my videos and want to help support me please consider hitting that like button and subscribing/activating the bell icon. It would really help me out! 😊 LEARNING TO TURN The Learning to Turn series is all about showing you a raw look at me, a very novice woodturner, getting to grips with turning and learning new skills as I go. I really appreciate and encourage your feedback but I want the comments section to be a place for everyone to learn, so please keep it constructive 👍 SOCIAL MEDIA/BEHIND THE SCENES If you want to see more of what I do check out my content here: https://linktr.ee/mikeparsonscc -- Please note: Due to the dangerous nature of the tools used in my videos they are meant to be consumed by adults.
