Calisthenics- 100 Repetitions Each: Jumping Jacks Pogo Hops Mountain Climbers Lower Body - 50 Repetitions Each: Squats Squat Pulses Split Lunges x50 per leg Sumo Squat Sumo Squat Pulses Lateral Shifts x50 per leg Curtsey Lunges x50 per leg Narrow Squats Hamstring Bridge Single Leg Bridge Pulses x50 per leg Move mindfully and focus on the exercise form over speed.
