Hi everyone, today I'm sharing one of my plank workouts. Basically, this is a small space friendly full body workout made of different plank variations, namely, high planks, side planks, reverse planks, and elbow planks. The exercises here primarily target the core (abs, obliques, lower back) as well as shoulders, forearms, glutes, and hamstrings for overall strength, stability, and endurance. We'll be doing each exercise for 30 seconds. This particular workout is structured as high-intensity continuous circuit of different variations, so there are no other breaks between exercises, except for a single 30-sec shoulder stretch.
