This is my quick and intense 6 min workout with exercises that target abs, back, and hips for a strong, balanced, and functional core. This routine includes a 5-second break after switching to the next exercise, so you can use this brief time to recover and focus on maintaining the correct form for each exercise. I've left some modifications for the most challenging part of the workout, so you can take your time building your core strength until you're ready to do the main versions. I also recommend doing back stretches after the workout to relieve tension, boost recovery, and improve flexibility.
