MODIFICATIONS: I scaled the ingredients up by 1/2 and made this into a 13x9 pan and used the amounts below. *NOTE after trying them - these were really good with Swerve confectioners sugar on it. They are not sweet like a brownie, but more like a healthy oatmeal bread (texture is almost like banana bread). But with the confectioner's sugar, they were really good! One of my friends ate it cold and drizzled with chocolate syrup and said it was YUM that way!! Here are the amounts of ingredients I used: 3-1/3 cup quick oats 3/4 cup Swerve zero-point brown sugar 3 Tbsp cocoa powder 1-1/2 tsp chia seeds 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 egg plus 1 egg white 2-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1-1/2 tsp vanilla I also sprinkled Serve zero-point confectioners sugar on the top before eating. // CHICKEN QUESADILLAS 💙5 | 💜5 | 💚6 For each quesadilla, here's what I used 1 Lavash flatbread 4 oz. cooked shredded boneless skinless chicken breast 1/2 cup Velveeta shreds (you need to use a little less than 1/2 cup (3/8 cup) for the points to come out properly). INSTRUCTIONS: Top half the flatbread with toppings. Fold in half. Spray outside of bread with spray butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cook on panini press until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. Serve with salsa or sour cream (additional points) on the side.
