Get ready to move💃🕺 with this 30 MIN, Fiery, 🔥 Full Body HIIT Workout using my Mini Blender format! This class is a killer, top to bottom workout in just 30 minutes. We're mixing different formats to keep things fun and effective - combining strength, cardio, and core for maximum impact💥. 💪 Block 1: Five-sies 5 Strength Combos with dumbbells (3-8 lbs). 5 reps per combo, 1 set. (I'm still babying my shoulder so I'm only use 3s, but if I wasn't - I'd def grab 5-8lbs) 🥊 Block 2: Choreographed Cardio Kickboxing Combos 4 shorter kickboxing combos, 30 seconds each. Then all combos together consecutively for 4 rounds. 2 sets (one on each side). (I know choreography is scary when you're not used to doing it. I've always struggled to learn choreography - so I get it. But, please don't get frustrated & know that if you're struggling, you're doing it right! It gets better. I promise. If you get lost, just keep shuffling & throw some jabs & jazz hands 🤗👐) 🔥 Block 3: Tabata Block 8 rounds, 20 seconds on/10 seconds recovery No equipment needed! Alternate between strength and cardio-focused moves. No repeats here! 👀 💡 Block 4: 2-Minute Abs on the Floor 6 nonstop ab exercises, 20 seconds each. Finish with a strong core and sexy sixpack! 💅 ✨ Bonus: Enjoy the cute, weird, floof in Sc-outtakes at the end!
