Hey Yogis & Welcome 🦋 This is a practice of compassion and acceptance of where you're currently at. Not wishing for anything different but simply meeting yourself where you're at right now, in this moment, on this day. Throughout this 30 minute slow flow we will shower ourselves with self love. Encouraging a judgement free practice. Taking things slowly and of course modifying as you need to. We will mostly be moving through stretches for our lower body, some deeper holds for the hips and glutes.
