We will be holding our poses anywhere between 6-12 breathes, depending on your rhythm of breath. This practice can be done in the morning, a mindful break in the afternoon or perhaps you're ending your day like me. It doesn't matter when, just that you're taking this time for you and that is something you should certainly be proud of. Today's flow will incorporate mostly lower body stretches. We will get into the hips and the hamstrings with some of my favourite stretches. The goal for this practice is to simply breathe and to be. To allow yourself to melt into each shape with the guidance of your breath.
