Who’s ready to get fit and build some serious muscle? Join me for this brand new workout style that makes every minute count! We’re keeping that heart rate up for the full 30 minutes—no downtime. We’ll hit those glutes and core hard, and there are no rest periods. Each exercise is 45 seconds of action, followed by 15 seconds of active rest (aka, you keep moving at a lower intensity). I’ve thrown in some jogging on the spot to keep that blood pumping. We’ve only got 30 minutes, so let’s make it count and challenge ourselves to go all in. You’ll need 2 dumbbells (or something else you can use as weights)—I’m using 2 x 5kg, but feel free to adjust the weights to your level. I had so much fun filming this workout (even though I had to re-record it due to a camera glitch, haha), but it was totally worth it to bring you this awesome session.
