HIGH PROTEIN ICE CREAM RECIPE Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt, strained (500g) 1/3 cup peanut butter (85g) 1/4 cup honey (60ml) 2 tsp vanilla extract 2/3 cup coconut milk (160ml) 2 oz dark chocolate, chopped (50g) NUTRITIONAL INFO (per serving - 2 scoops): 283 calories, fat 14g, carb 22g, protein 15g Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strained Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Use a mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth. Gently fold the chopped dark chocolate into the mixture. Cover the bowl and place it in the freezer for 45 minutes. Remove the bowl from the freezer and stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to mix the frozen edges into the still-soft center.
