Here in this video, you will find a very easy recipe to make scrambled egg oats which will not just be tasty but also fulfill the protein, fiber needs and is helpful in weight loss. | ओट्स स्क्रैम्बल्ड एग घर पर बनाना मुश्किल लगता है लेकिन अब ऐसा नहीं है। यहां इस वीडियो में आपको तले हुए अंडे का ओट्स बनाने की एक बहुत ही आसान रेसिपी मिलेगी जो न सिर्फ स्वादिष्ट होगी बल्कि प्रोटीन, फाइबर की जरूरत को भी पूरा करेगी और वजन घटाने में मददगार है। Ingredients: Oats : 15 gm Egg :1 piece Onion : 10 gm Carrot : 10 gm Green chillies : 1 ½ Salt : 1 tsp Black pepper powder : ½ tsp Turmeric powder : ½ tsp Procedure: 1. In a heated pan, take 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds, green chillies let them sauté for a min. 2. To it add, chopped onions , sauté until translucent. Add chopped carrots, and sauté further for 5 mins. 3. Now add in salt & black pepper powder for seasoning. 4. Once cooked add in the oats, and cook for a minute. 5. Break in an egg, mix it well with the mixture and cook for 7-10 mins as per personal choice. 6.
