Taking Cooking food back to basics. 1 kilo Pork Loin sous vide 7 hrs 64C Sear in a pan – roast for 10 – 14 mins Roast potatoes Par boil 5 mins Roast 20 mins Apple sauce Ingredients Apples: 4-6 medium, peeled, cored, and chopped Sugar: 1-2 tablespoons (adjust based on the sweetness of your apples and preference) Cinnamon: ½ teaspoon (optional) Water: 2 tablespoons Lemon juice: A splash to prevent browning and add a bit of tang 1 tsp butter 1 tbsp cornflour/ 1 tbsp water Microwave 5 minutes. Stir Microwave at 5-minute intervals to have a soft apple.
