Lorna Cannon is the founder of the internationally acclaimed organization Refugee Voices Tours, which recently won a Lonely Planet best in travel award for community storytelling. In her talk, Lorna explains how tours led by refugees help citizens and visitors of Berlin and Copenhagen to understand the present immigration crisis through a recent European past and, most importantly, what we must learn for the future. Lorna Cannon has been working in the field of migration in Berlin since 2013. She founded the internationally acclaimed organisation Refugee Voices Tours in 2015, which recently won a Lonely Planet best in travel award for community storytelling. She also runs a sustainable travel company, Tiptoe Travel. Lorna holds a Masters degree in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law.
