Hey yall! Today I’m staying in from the cold and sharing a cozy, seated practice with you. ❄️ Whether you are on your feet a lot for work, for play, or simply want to sit down- today’s practice is here to support you. This is an upper body/torso focused sequence so we never have to move the legs. We will get into the muscles of the neck, shoulders, arms, side body, and back to open the heart, find relief from tension, and take a few minutes to simply be present with the breath.
