Similar to Shakshuka, this breakfast skillet built on a base of a hearty tomato mixture with eggs cracked right on top before finishing the whole thing off in the oven. "This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes, especially when we have weekend guests or visitors at Camp. It looks beautiful cooked in a big cast-iron skillet and served hot right from the pan. Instead of links, you can use loose sausage; just brown it in a skillet then add it back to the tomato mixture.
