As we get older, we might not focus on a sculpted stomach, but we do need to make sure we have a strong core for stability. This workout leave your abs burning, and yes, stronger if done on a consistent basis. This is a timed workout, so you go at your own pace. You have to make sure you are eating right if you want sculpted abdominals (that is why mine is not sculpted LOL) It is so important for us to have a strong core. This helps our back from hurting and our balance. Working out at this age is about staying fit and healthy. We still want to look good, but it is so important to take care of ourselves so that we can take care of others, or just make sure we can continue living the life we enjoy.
