Drawing on her extensive experience as a business owner and people manager, alongside her behavioural science degree and advanced training with renowned trauma expert Bessel van der Kolk, Bianca will present these complex concepts in a practical, accessible way. While running three businesses and starting a family, she completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in 2018. She has since applied this academic knowledge to create practical solutions within her own workplace and shares her insights with the industry. With a staff turnover rate of just 10%, Bianca attributes this success to fostering a mentally healthy work environment. Passionate about trauma, grief, mental illness, and neurodiversity, she is dedicated to helping other leaders understand psychological concepts to improve mental health outcomes and create supportive, thriving workplaces.
