Oura Ring Scientific Sleep Test (Review)

How accurately can the Oura Ring predict your sleep 💤? That is the question I answer in this video. For 18 nights I wore both the Oura Ring and a professional scientific sleep EEG to bed 🛌. The professional device basically has more than a dozen electrodes attached to my head and face and tracks my brain waves.
