This is a full body mini band resistance workout. If you're looking for a total body workout that's challenging, then this is the workout for you. Every exercise in this workout incorporates mini resistance bands. The bands I use are the Perform Better mini bands but any brand will work. I will guide you through each exercise and show you just how amazing these little mini bands can be for toning and strengthening your muscles. This is not a beginner workout, however there are easier modifications to most exercises if you find that it's a little too challenging.
