The topic this week is the Portland Bring A Trailer Meet and Show. Keith discusses how amazing it is that an online company of basically anonymous people created events where people can meet each other in person to talk cars. People use Randy Nonnenberg’s Bring a Trailer sales history to understand the values of cars. Keith said BaT may have missed an opportunity to explain Bring a Trailer and what is is and what they do because there were probably a lot of people who didn’t know what Bring A Trailer does. They discuss the fee structure and commission of auto auctions, sales as well as the Bring A Trailer format and capped fee. Stewart and Keith even discuss wine tastings and wine of the month clubs.
