Getting the kids in to open water swimming

So my enthusiasm for this Channel challenge has been getting the kids excited too, as we all love swimming. We've joined a local lake and this is us swimming just after they've passed their induction test swim. I'm so proud of them as they've done so well and are getting stronger week-by-week. I love how even under the water Holly loves to pose lol. We are doing this all in aid of Aspire. Aspire is such an amazing charity to raise funds for as I had no idea but every four hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence. During the interview day, we heard directly from people who Aspire has helped and it was very emotional. So please dig deep and donate to Aspire, a truly great cause.
