DAY 12 – CORE (3 SETS): 0:00 - WARM-UP 3:30 -- MAIN WORKOUT (REPEAT 3X) -- 3:33 - L-Sit Hold (parallettes/parallel bars) – 30 seconds 4:15 - Side Plank Hip Taps – 15 reps per side 5:48 - Cool Down (Do this at the very end) Rest 45–60 seconds between sets. Keep your core tight the whole time. WHY THIS WORKS FOR MEN 40+: • L-Sit Hold: Builds deep core strength, hip flexor power, and total-body control. • Side Plank Hip Taps: Hits obliques and lower abs for a tighter, more tapered waist. • Low impact: Easy on joints, tough on your core – perfect for long-term training.
