Day two of our program is here and today we have a 40 minute arms and abs superset workout that is guaranteed to get your upper body and core burning. This arms and abs workout is low impact, no repeat, with 45s x 2 work followed by 20s rest. If you want to make this workout more or less intense, you can do so by changing the weight of your dumbbells. For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells.
