Easy Eggless Quiche Recipe [makes 12 individual eggless quiches) Ingredients: 1 1/3 cups chickpea flour 1 3/4 cups unsweetened unflavored non-dairy milk 1/3 cup nutritional yeast 2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Pinch of black pepper 1 cup (or more) of any chopped vegetables you liked --- Directions: Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth Fold in any chopped veggies you'd like! We love green onions, broccoli, red bell pepper, and tomatoes. Add mixture to a 12 silicone or parchment paper lined muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 mins until golden brown on top.
